I hope so. Police said that the user is untrackable and banks that he sent money to refused the cooporation due to their privacy policy
Paypal is still investigating but cannot take the bank payments back
Banks are situated in countrys with different law, once the money is depositet they wont give it back to other than the person who did it

these lawsuit options people are throwing is BS. you have to have a person to sue, and in the online world that isn't really probable. say hypothetically you did get the address of the one responsible, that person could just say they have no idea what you're talking about and say the hacker just changed the address to theirs.

if you are innocent (although why your d3jsp acct didn't get hacked makes zero sense) , then you're retarded for clicking any link someone (let alone a random) would have sent you. if you're guilty, you're pretty smart.

if money was actually spent (of yours) from the paypal or PS account (prior to anyone sending you anything) then you should be able to go to your bank and PS support and get your rightful money back. however if the money that's gone is just the money that belongs to those who were scammed, nothing is going to happen.
