or better if it's free

i currently use ad-aware SE personal

:S , but virus checking is limited

anyone? suggest?

It's what I use, it's free and easy to use. It also has daily free updates. I also like the ability to control what time stuff happens. I just set up the scheduler so it updates and does a full system scan early in the morning while I am sleeping.
