Can you be warned or suspended for flaming via PM?


I know on d2jsp you can not be warned or suspended Via PM


I know this for a fact because I have flamed a moderator via PM multiple times and they are able to take no action directly regarding the PM

That is incredibly unfair to d2jsp users since we cant even file a report for PMs

It was a warn from David aka Templar when he was a Sr Mod for "flaming a staff member"

Yes, if you flame a staff member that is able to warn/suspend, you'll get warned or suspended.

First warned.
Then suspended for a day if you don't quit.

Actually flaming/harassing someone is against the rules. If someone reports you and they show us proof of it you can be punished for it. I think it's fair. Everyone deserves to feel safe no matter the situation.

Edit: But if you wish to flame me VIA PM I will not take it to heart derisive Because it comes with the turf of having to enforce rules..
