Also it's to prevent users from changing their names every time they get accused of scamming or whenever they mess up some how.. Or for those users who just want a new name every 2 weeks.. Makes lots of sense.

I think maybe 1 name change per year for free would be nice. Shame people like me need to spend a lot of FG just to get a name change.
