1 suggestion that popped into my head was Weekly Poll
For example a new forum where a mod gathers suggestions about a poll from the users and the best one wins and that poll is created for the week.
For example:
Do you smoke, drink and or do drugs?
What photoshop do you use?
What is your favourite thing to eat for breakfast?
Simple questions like this and gets the users involved even more and it will be great fun I think.

I think he means like a main poll, and people could talk about it there and such.
Just something for people to look forward to.

I agree, this would actually be fun. Make interesting polls, post in announcement/forum index and get everyone involved. Doesn't have to be weekly, could be bi-weekly or even daily if we have activity. Any one would like to volunteer or have any good questions? Could be about anything really games/real life/forum matters...etc

Maybe it shouldn't be a poll, but a daily question, like form spring has been doing.
And maybe it could be the only place to get fg per post.
