Well I'm debating really on the idea on bringing this up here... however... I suppose everyones gonna see his sig eventually and have lots of questions.. so why not bring it to discuss?

lets add up some facts:

- Uberwizard trusts Uberpain to test his items
- Uberpain says 2x 20/5s poof (out of 25?)
- Uberwizard says he's getting scammed
- Uberwizard donates 15k fg worth of items to commdesk
- Commdesk vouches Uberwiz & Accuses Guild: Trust

Facts:

- Commdesk is DISO Trusted Tag
- Texazon made it to commdesk's highly respected list ever since he became a med.
- Commdesk has a personal vendetta against me (now extended towards our guild)
- Commdesk openly criticises everyone within the guild, yet highly respects the two meds in it. (see profile)

More facts:

- Commdesk thinks I claimed uberwiz's bmanas poofed and stole them.

--> I never had contact with them except to return them back to uberwizards account. Two poofed when ~Sypher~ tested them, never heard anything bout that. One poofs when Uberpainful tests them, he becomes a scammer. Also, he clearly doesn't realize I already have 20+ in my posession.

- Uberwizard has nothing against us. (Profile?) To me, this is a misunderstanding and he believes to be scammed by a trust member which we all know doesn't make sense.

Facts:
- Uberpainful overpays for any item he needs. FG means nothing
- Uberpainful can afford any item he needs, scam 2x 20/5s? I think not.
- Uberwizard ASKED Uberpain to test the items. If anything, he should ask a third party to test the items. He's fully responsible of his own actions.
- Sysco was baalin with Uberpainful when these items poofed. (Third party vouch?)

Fact: themarvin25 left Alliance. Reason: (his own words) commdesk is "ignorant".

Fact:

Commdesk's vouch of uberwizard is also due to the fact that none of the 15k worth of items donated to him poofed.

Answer me this:
- What's easier to poof. 15x bmanas or a godly fhr/strength/life belt (for example).
- What's been more massively duped: small charms or an ethereal Fathom.
- How many games could commdesk have possibly s/ed with uberwizard's items to "poof" them?
- Who claimed that all of uberwiz's items were duped? Us? Surely not. Fact: some of his items poofed. Thats what duped items do, they poof.
- Would commdesk truly admit if uberwizard's items started poofing? Would he apologize to us if he was wrong?

Final Questions:

- Which guild has the better reputation: Trust or Alliance?

Hypothesis:

- one word: Jealousy?

I just looked at his sig and it says "Guild Trust Is a Group Of Liars, Dupers, & Scammers!"

then as you scroll down in his "Highly Respected" he has Alex listed, kinda dumb on his part imo...

he has always been like that and always will be little does he know to get trusted tag his little back stabbing wont work (i know a few mods i know how u get trusted).. anyway to trust guys dont pay attetion he wants it he is a attetion whore and will do anything do get it jealousy what motivates him.

Guild charter says this Guild is to gather a group of ppl thats unoffical Trusted trader... does it really matter wat other guild thinks?
the main point is that ppl here are all trusted
