Just run with a leet ass circle of friends. The newbs will slowly fade into the shadows afterwards.
There's also a program I heard about in my sc days back in the late late 1990's.
ADOPT-A-NOOBIE!
Train them to be not so noob, and make them a less ignorant noob.
Because while we can't control the rodent noob population, we very well can train it to be not quite so noobish.

The adopt a newb program was sponsored by all elite players from all games back in the early 1990's this group was formed for the help of the not so understanding population in gaming and has helped millions of newbs not be so newbish all over the world except for Korea/Asia/Japan, the Koreans as they called themselves were just always good at everything and no one understood them so they raged and dropped from the program.
