The only real way to avoid scams

This is a very simple system, I use it on my website.
The system would earn extra money for the site, and the buyers/sellers would be very happy.

Site sets up another currency
so members would have:

FG: xxx.xx
USD: ( or JBux, or w.e you wanna call it ): xxx.xx

Only way to get that currency would be to purchase it from the site, the site sets up the accepted payment methods ect... Me personally, I would only accept Money order or western union from new members, setup a p.o. box for people to send money orders to.

Moderators and other people the site deems to be trusted can pay with paypal or moneybookers.. ect...

Okay so let me break this down.

User sends money to d3jsp
d3jsp loads users account with "JBux"
User pays other users with "Jbux"
Users can then withdraw their Jbux for paypal from the site. ( so the site buys the jbux back)
Mods can moderate the jbux with no problem... Scam proof.

Heres how the site makes money:
Site charges a 4-5% Deposit fee and withdraw fee.
So if someone deposited 100.00 , the user would receive 95.00 jbux
If the user wanted to withdraw say 100.00 from the site, the site would take the 100jbux and send the user 95.00usd paypal.
So every sale that takes place here on d3jsp the site would take a small cut.

Simple, easy.

the charge rate is even more than paypal
i doubt people would use it if you charge them that much

Figure out a way for them to buy these "JBux" or whatever they are and then send something else with them like a picture or something so they cannot charge back since they are paying for the picture or something a long those lines.
