and tylr there is no where that says that unless you put it in there yourself and if you did please remove it and stop making rules up
locked/scammer tagged users ARE allowed to trade howver someone would be stupid to trade them in a manor that would allow themselves to possible get scammed
so to clarify they are permited to post in s/t |

last i heard they can report posts and meds can med any trades the mod/med wants to its up to the mod themselves
