1) The ability of rank 8+ should be able to send a message to everyone in the clan.
2) The ability to empty the shout box of all messages.
3) The ability to send a Clan request.

I'm yet to see a active clan on d3jsp, if you find one LMK! But idea sounds fun, but you'll need to proove there is more than 1 active clan or i dont think tramway would bother smile

eh, I'm all for any upgrades to clans..
they need to be updated in some way really badly
