As one of the newest measures of protecting our highly regarded users during trades, we are introducing a moderation technique involving TeamViewer software!
Think of it as 'passive mediation'; as users trade to and fro, at least one moderator will have complete viewing access of what each party is doing. For the next few days, we will trial this technology, before heavy implementation. This is a new step for the entire site, bugs will have to be worked out and procedures will have to be fine-tuned.
As of now, TeamViewing is not mandatory and is request-only. There are currently no plans to make this moderation technique required. For any further questions or comments, please PM any member of staff. Any thoughts on how to make trading safer? All reccommendations are appreciated and welcomed!

Unfortunatly thats not an option , nobody will let a stranger see hes bank/paypal stats, dates and so on.If you guys realy intend to protect the "corect" traders start by removing paypal as a payment option , harsh but usefull solution since 95% of scams are made by paypal ( sniffed / stolen / chargeback and so so so many ways).
Western Union its a good option, why`? First, to send/receive money you have to provide real life infos..wich incase of scams you can just go to bank and register the transaction id as a fraud. ( nobody loves the police at their door... specialy thoose pesky kids), Second it can be mediated.. once you deposit the money u will get a coupon and a code.. as far i know you can check online whit the coupon if the deposit was made and only after that the mediator can decide how the things go.
Theres alot of more ways to make it saver but the traders should realise that its better to waste a bit of time on selling their items than being stripped of in few secconds by a random guy whit a random paypal acc... i bet everone knows how to use a vpn or a stolen paypal dooh. |

the use team viewer isnt a way to prevent being scammed, if they supported those trades they would mediate to prevent scams, the use of team viewer is to cath scammers faster

It's just a step to make sure traders have the amount of FG they claim to be selling and that they actual have verified funds.
Every Staff member verified to complete these views is 100% trusted and you do all the clicking yourself just we "watch the trade" to make sure we see everything that is going on.

You guys should understand paypal is the key here !!! As i said most of the scams are being made whit paypal.. why that? cuz geting a sniffed paypal and a vpn is wayyyyyyyyyy to easy.
Tell me , how does the mediator who use the teamviwer to see the debit or transaction happen find out that if its actualy the owner paypal and not a fake one , or that the user is using a vpn or not...
This site its a copy of d2jsp more or less..you should copy the trading sistem and etc... its WORKs !
ps: Me as a trader and a seller i stoped using the paypal long time ago, its true , its a bit harder to get a trade or finish a transaction but hey when its happens i have no problems doing it. Saying that you wont consider restrict the paypal usage atleast at the new members is like offering a green line to the scammers. |
