is there any option that i can put that say: "You can't chargeback after you donate" which they must accept before making paypment?
I'm asking all this to avoid to get chargebacked after i sold fgs^^ |

no not possible unless you make a contract with him and fax it to him and he signs it and has it notarized and fax's it back to you stating it's final and no chargeback for this transaction on this date. _____________________

a guy told me in selling/trading I can sell them 100% safe as :
"Paypal says the only way to sell anything virtual is to sell as a service.
Sell fg as a service of time to acquire the fg that the customer has already recieved.
Then if they chargeback you might get hosed for 2-3 weeks but still you get your money after the claims are finished up."
do you know how to do this senior moderator? |

What I actually do is send an e-mail and in my disputes I've used screenshots of the email as the agreement etc and its acceptable only because it is a non-tangible good.
PayPal offers no protection for the seller, nor the buyer for virtual goods as its a hard territory for them to make an accurate decision in most cases. The only way they can do a chargeback (and be successful) is if the account was legitimately accessed by someone other then the owner.
Agreement / questions I ask when selling FG:
This is Myoga-@d3jsp
Please reply with the answers to these questions:
- What is your account name at d3jsp.org
- What is your account name at d2jsp.org
- How much FG you are purchasing
- How much money you are spending
- You realize you are signing a written agreement between us and that you acknowledge the terms of our agreement
You are agreeing that you are purchasing forum gold from d2jsp.org. You are also acknowledging that I can not be held responsible in the event that may render you unaccessible to the FG purchased in the event of an account banning, confiscation, or any other event that removes your access from the FG. There are no returns accepted on this item seeing as it is virtual. _____________________

Bypass paypal if at all possible unless you know the person you are selling to very well.
Heres the safest option imo:
Purchase a pre-paid debit card such as GreenDot. The card costs $5.00
Have the buyer purchase a MoneyPak Card which is used to "load" the GreenDot Card. All the buyer has to do is goto their local CVS or Walgreens Etc and purchase the card for another $5.00 thenpay the store clerk the amount they want to load onto it. Then the buyer gives you the pin number and you goto the GreenDot website and xfer the funds online. 100% Secure. _____________________
