a friend of mine wants to make an account, but since i joined d3 from work and multiple other places i would like to know if he can make one from here
i ask for him first since dont want both to get locked and get in trouble for nothing
would be nice if he would be allowed  thx

He shouldn't use the same IP as you have.
Rules is 1 account per 1 person.
But still the same IP would mean its your multi.

I think it's a bit unfair. For example i have 6 computers in my home and 4 different people using them, but one Wi-Fi internet. If we would want to register accidently at a forum like this, we would both get banned, which is VERY UNFAIR IMO. I can't tell people: Don't register @ forum X, Y, Z...
It needs to be solved in a different way, probably Tramway will help you. |

It's allowed to make 2 accounts from different computers , thats no problem.
But the computers shouldnt have the same IP.
I meant you cant make 2 accounts from the same computer

So if someone else from the company i work makes a new account i am locked/banned??
we are more then 150 persons here and we have few ip's we are all on ...

Your friend can make an account on his computer , but not on yours.

can be on same comp aswell
and the ip is set by the isp, comps only got a mac-adress

We have same IP for multiple users here and dunno who else made or you made an account on forums... maybe i should wait an answer from admin and also let him know the name of the acc before it will be created
