suggestion for clan pms

the suggestion is

well as you know theres clans

this suggesiton is to allow

clan leaders and clan co leaders aka rank 8/9

to be able to send out a mass pm that sends a pm to all members in the clan with one pm ( instead of pming each one at a time )

so in clan panal or something just have a place with the option to send pms to all clan members in it
