My current Paypal is Verified.
What I'm willing to do is.
-Take your Money 1500+$
-Buy you something have it shipped to you.
-You Dispute the 1500+$ sent to me From Some digital so called item Bought from Me which will be fake.
-Paypal cannot Prove you revived or didn't receive any digital item.
-So the dispute will go your way and my account will go Negative 1500$+ and you will recive the full amount of money sent top me ++++ what ever item we agree apon.
---> i take a small cut of the money. because my paypal will be going into the negative and i wil have to get a new card and paypal.
Pm me for Skype info or pm Me yours And we can talk and come to a Agreement.

Lol this is gunna get closed quick... But no one is gunna send u 1500$ to do something illegal... Sorry bud good idea tho but still illegal :-/
Actually more I think about this... This Is a scam, you and the second party would be scamming paypal

Haha yea it is Very good idea, and if it gets closed so be it  just throwing it out there if there are any interested parties.

yea its something like that. its more like taking advantage of paypal's digital Items flaw where the person who disputes the claim always wins.

If you are verified they have access to your bank account, you will not stay negative they will get the money from you.

Yea i figured my account was verified but its not i just have my bank card liked to my account >< .
its an old account lol. so i think i have sending limits? $700.00 USD limit. unverified im removing the limit Right now.
i can make it verified to remove the limit i don't care about the negative balance.

It won't stay negative on your PayPal, they will go into your bank and take your money to pay the balance. Once you're verified you cannot run. Even if you close that bank account they will find your new one, and start sending creditors after you.

you can just send something real to the adress the user has linked to his paypal and than GL winning the dispute agaisnt you

nothing against you, but who will trust someone they dont know for 1500$
also, 1500$ negative balance on your paypal when you are verified won't last long, paypal will do everything they can to get that money back, they will send people to your house, call you 24/7 for over a year and probably call the police. they even do this for 300$ amounts |
