Might be better if you give him couple more minutes before you say its a scam. They might be having problem or in the middle of something.
Anyway, start gathering all your evidences if they truly didn't complete the trade.

and ofc after i say to danny to say send fgs to troy
troy chargeback

Thats why you tell them to send as gift or open and close dispute on paypal so they cannot chargeback...

it could possibly be a scam on ambridge's side but its best to contact the person first and if they ignore you or dont wish to fulfill their end trade then you can post S/A
