I got scammed for 64dollars by Seeed2, how can i chargeback

Hey ive been scamme dand id like to know how i can chargeback my money, i used german paypal anyone can help me,(-> didnt send as a gift because u cant with german paypal)

seed2 now says im disputing against him and that i already got my money back -> which is not true, i told him to refund the money asap

Charge him back if it was Paypal, even if you sent it as a Gift you can file a dispute and get your money back within 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, once a user is locked and tagged there isn't much more the Moderators can do.

Just file a dispute with the Transaction ID Number and you describe why you're charging it back.

because seeed2 is sending messages via paypal saying im lying and he says he doesnt know what either fg or d3jsp is.. lols
