so when i format it can i choose the language
because i dont live in the US and it is in foregin language can i change it to English
i want everything in English

you can change your languages depending on what version of windows you are installing. Some of the cds only have english, some of them only have french, some of them have all of them..
Just make sure you got the one you need and it will be fine.
