Once you take your 1-2 hits, you'll just feel awkward for the first 20 minutes. This is the time that really decides what kind of trip you're gonna have. I hiiiiighly suggest putting on a funny movie and doing everything necessary to stay calm. Once the first hallucination happens, you can either be calm/aware/logical and in semi-control of what's going on or you can completely lose your shit in which case the next 6 hours are going to be fucking miserable. i did it for the first time with someone who did it before so he was kinda like the coach. but if he wasn't there i would have lost it i'm sure. Keep the lights on, but don't sit in too bright a room or you'll diminish the effects of the acid. you can go in dark rooms later on if you're feeling comfortable, but beware your brain will try to pull some messed up hallucinations. a vivid one i remember was i went into the bathroom with the lights off and the toilet transformed into some kind of tiny creature when i was peeing in it. all i could do was shut my eyes and say "holy fuck..."

important note, if you feel a hallucination is getting too weird or out of control you can blink fast a couple times or put the lights on and off and it kills any hallucination that is currently going on. ofc you'll just hallucinate again in about 10seconds. if you have any questions lmk,

my thoughts were, to be a good doctor, how can you not at least me curious as to how drugs affect your body? and if you're curious, how would you know wtf patients are describing unless you have tried it yourself?
