Add local time to user's profile

I have often had that problem.

I wanted to look where a user lives / when he might come online.
It would be nice to add a local time to user's profile.

It doesn't take too long to add I know myself , what do you think?

Kinda small forum, we know one another well enough to know when people are online, the pm system is there to make up for it ^^ not needed imo.
I don't care what time it is for them.

To get this worked every user has to pick his time zone I i think some people are to lazy as Im I got the standart time zone
