Uber bots definitely exist. They're not hard to configure - the only difficulty is knowing how to set up trist and set the target correctly. That, and getting it to run stably for very, very long periods of time I guess - that takes some skill.

While Clean1 is technically correct, since everything is bannable, he is practically wrong in that Uberbot is not getting banned at the moment. If it was, I'm sure I'd hear allll about it smile

H0rrify: it's been usable for bloody ages. No modifications has to be made with the 1.12 patch, and there's a decent chance no modifications will be needed with 1.13. (Although, of course, you never know with blizz.)

I realize any private-ish hack is going to have some urban legends surrounding it, but just had to register and set things straight :p

Let me re-iterate, in case anyone's confused:

At the time of this post, the bot is not being banned. Anyone who said otherwise doesn't know jack.

However, like all hacks, bans are a permanent (and as history has shown, unavoidable) risk you have to manage.
