Clan forum permissions are working

Just spent some time and coded the clan forum permissions. From now on, any clan member with a rank of 8 or greater will be able to lock/unlock/sticky/unsticky/announce topics in their own forum. Clan leaders no longer have to PM a moderator to do this. To access these functions, just look at the bottom left side of any topics within your clan forum and you will see small icons to perform these actions (similar to members++ and moderators)

Just becareful who you give the rank "8" to, because they could seriously mess up your forum too smile
