What is the purpose of a reputation system where you can only leave a positive review?
I think there should be a negative and neutral option as well or at the very least a negative option.
It would average out. If you have 5 positives and 3 negatives, it would show as 2.
Also, people need to quit being bitches about reputation reviews. Especially people who want reputation notes removed just because the user who posted it got locked. Unless someone flatout lied and they say you scammed them, don't go running to the mods because it makes you look bad.
It's called reputation, not "omg i'm so trustworthy and a kind guy lol!!!111 trade with me lol!!!!" -Locked 3 days later.

There used to be a negative option, but it was abused massively, and it will most likely never come back.
But it would be nice.
And seriously, yeah. People need to stop crying if someone says "User is BM, etc". It's rep. not a vouch. It should go both ways.

If people abuse it, remove their ability to leave reputations for x amount of time, similar to a suspension for abusing the forums.
If they continue to abuse it, remove their ability forever.
