Be Able to rep someone more then once every 2 centurys

Its ridiculous that you can only rep the same person once every 200 years.
190 Years to be exact if you calculate it.
Make it to like once a month or something.
Because the same people do execute trades more then once.

Meh, how so if your a scammer your not gonna wait months and months to set up an account with like 6 rep.
And you used to be able to negative rep someone for scamming?

Ok. What I think is:
- be possible to give one - rep
- be possible to give one + rep

So if you gave possitive you can still give negative later if member change (scammer, welcher ect. ). Just quote me if you like idea derisive
