Both. He was voted down to Mod because he was leaving soon. And Nick felt it best if he added the Sr Mods and gave Nate Mod since he was leaving.
So he figured it would be better if Nate still had mod powers, but wasn't taking up the Sr. Mod position.

Well, one time a user posted after him in the help section.
Like right after him. That they were posting/typing at the same time.
He then yelled at him for spamming, and gave him a warn.
I can not remember the user. But this was a while ago.
