Suggestion on PM's

I have 2 suggestions on PM's.

(1) Clan members should be able to send a message to their entire clan list at once (but only to their clan to eliminate the possibility of mass spamming)

(2) In addition to setting up a Full clan list, they should also be able to send to specific ranks in the clan, once ranks are added of course. (EX: Owner has something very important to discuss with 5 of his officers but no one else than he could just send the pm to that rank instead of having to send a total of 5 pm's.)

any thoughts on those ideas?
