I can't deposit money onto pokerstars or FTP bc they no longer accept credit cards.

I need 4-5k FG depending on the ratio, yes I will have to use Paypal, but I will send as a gift.

Reason I say this is because of this chargeback thing, you can't do it if you send money as a gift right?

ISO: FG

Will only deal with trusted traders though, I'll also pay in other ways if possible just explain to me what I would need to do.
