proxy dont work
i have a software where it hides your ip address and u can set your ip to be in any country
it works for me and its great

the way you get banned is by ip and mac address
ok you need to have static ip address to be able to change it
you have to phone your internet provider most likely they will tell you that they cant change it for you unless you are private company
the other way is worth changing your lan card that way you get new mac address
and the final option is to get a software like mine which hides your ip and you are good to go

Not changing lan card
Only programs that I've come across that work are VPN's and that's expensive.

you can not for sure know if it is the mac adress you are returing because of the way internet is designed so i want to have a source on that d2jsp looks up your mac adress
and im not sure if this could be looked up when on an elite proxy

and softwares that change your ip are proxies or vpn's
