It's like this. Name is okay, but today I have also purchased tittle's glow and nothing showed up ;(

I see it like that too, it's just the browser. Check it out on Internet Explorer, you see the title glowing blue.

I had the same issue.
I bought a brown title shadow , but nothing happened as you can see it.
I PM'd tramway about it , he said he will take a look into it.
I guess you should PM him too.

Please note that glow and shadow effects are not supported by all web browsers. In other browsers, these effects will NOT be displayed.
Name glow will work on Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, name shadow will only work on Internet Explorer. Title glow and shadow will only work on Internet Explorer

And how does it come that I have name glowing, but title cannot be; /

The orange you see in Firefox is the name shadow.
