I think you need to be unlocked to see the stars anyways. You need to pm Tramway as said for the starupgrades cool

Nope, don't have to be unlocked to see stars. Take Clean1 for example tongue

No they just have to be unlocked by tramway , then go to settings/select donor stars/star#
