1. D2NT.
2. Yes, if they decide to ban you lose your cd keys for 6 months + account gets banned (only lose cd keys for 6 months if first offense (might be longer not sure).

D2nt, but beware of Ban, Im going to make a seperate account with a hdin on it to bot with so i dont lose my main account.

I just dont see the point of banning people playing d2 for botting because the game is 10 years old....
