internert explorer is
Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Lan Settings
Then changer to w/e you want
i only use inet explorer so idk

Shut off your router for ~2 hours, works for me. Take a ss or a note of your old ip before you do it so you can compare. Use this site: Whatismyip.com
