What does this account have that a brand new one doesn't? 500 posts and a 5 month old join date? Is that worth 250 fg? I'm just trying to understand.

It's not a 2010, and it has a reasonable amount of posts to get past the "multi" stage of the account.
Any decent 08 or better sells for something like 1,000fg+ so I am quite certain that 250fg is a great price.
