Uh basically just visit the rules and FAQ page, read up on it. its alot like all forums where be nice, if you have a problem with someone discuss it in the battlefield (try to be civilized even if they are not)
From experience the community is still decent. there are some bad apples but the moderators are on top of it and normally handle it. Don't Scam. If i am missing anything go ahead and add it.

EDIT: If you have any specific questions i can answer them or just send a pm to a moderator or anyone with a TAG(besides donor, i mean im sure they will help but they are just normal users)
