Sorry but i still dont particularly believe those should be removed. I mean, even after the decision was made by tram himself. he still flamed bongo, and a moderator..... But, if this counts as a second chance i am all for it... I realize votes dont matter but... I vote that that atleast one of them should be removed... by his choice.. preferablly the moderator one because a moderator saying scammer is alot more powerful than a regular user.

If both are removed then he better be on his best behavior... one more screw up and there wouldnt be a third chance. This is just my opinion though..

summary:

Allow for the removal of the two on condition that he is on a probationary period... starting the moment they are removed.. maybe like if he doesnt do anything bad (spamming and such dont count, i mean like false accusations or scamming or something of that nature) then it stays but if he does do something bad then he will be banned. this probation could last like 1-3 months.. a long enough period that it will matter but not too long that he has to be afraid to do anything on the forums.

If he is truely serious about having a fresh slate then he will readily agree to this for he should have no fear of breaking any of the major rules.

its not that he falsely accused that gets me its his attitude towards the entire process that gets me.. flaming and immaturity are something i frown upon especially over 5-10 fg.....(unless said flames are funny lol)

The fact that you have scammed in the past is very important.
It increases the chances that you will do it in the future, and people should have the right to your trading past.

People that get out of jail don't go "Yeah can you say I wasn't in jail. I haven't been in there for a while."
