Question about buying fg via jsp

Sorry I didn't know where else to put this, seeing as how this is the most active forum.

Say I have used a credit card to buy FG on d2jsp before.

Since then I have gotten a new credit card but my name is obviously still the same.

Will they be able to make the connection between my old account I bought it on vs my new one I want to buy it on just because my name is the same on both credit cards?
