you must take care who you deal with, lot of people use unverified paypal and will scam you.

make sure you deal with legit user.

being verified doesn't mean the guy is more trusted , you can buy a credit card in a shop to be verified

few people do not want to attach their credit / bank to their paypal for their own reason
