does it matter where the account was made? like if i buy an EU account and use it in the US?

I'm not sure, but Suit was paying more for US account than EU.
But actually I'm checking out, or trying to see how the forum works, because a friend got instaban on account created in Spain (europe) and loged in Bulgaria (europe) - bg was a banned machine, so I think that must be a Mac ban... it's all about trying out...

I think this can be done, if you worry about it, you can change your ip or use vpn, so your ip is the European states.
