Sometimes if you call your ISP they will change your IP for a fee.

Isn't there any other way to change IP? :unsure:

My friend has Acc on d2Jsp but he has locked Acc for selling fg, he used proxy ( I don't know what's this ) But I think it help to change ip, and he bought Acc on d2Jsp from a guy who played d2 and he used it long time, before he has locked Acc again
