i will help you to improve people who post here couse right now i am tired have got another job atm
and people who read your topic know nothink about what they shall to do

you have to add more information like:

1>have you got a host+domain name payed? or do we have to pay for new hosting +domain name? you can get the domain +host from godaddy site type this word in google and search
2>shall it be written in html or php+mysql?
html language can not make an variables also

3>have you got an graphic on the site? or do we have to do our own site graphic?
4> tell us what you expect on the site like you want: categories from the left site > center box about the news on clan >signature from top of the site >login box in right site > youtube videos in the category link >info about your clan in the category link > and so on
5> how much you are payin for the job
6> payment type (in example paypal veryfied or d2jsp fg)
