So my cousin got a d2jsp account last night and he used it for a while.. Then this morning he was logged out. he tried to log in and it said the pw was incorrect. We know for sure it's the right pw. Then we tried recovering the account with the new email and the original email but it isnt getting the email. what is happening? lol
I know 100% sure the info is right because i had it all written down and worked last night
But when he types in the password it doesnt say account disabled?
Paul has many ways of disabling account
hell put them in validating, change password(so that when original owner comes back and submits a request and proves thats who they are) he will set it back up for them

he will str8 up disabled, ban or just lock it
ohh.. So even if we know the original email there is no way unless we are the original owner and can prove it?
