Yes you can still chargeback, no matter how you send through paypal you can alasy get chargebacked, thats why i only do this method with trsuted guys

You can chargeback gift or any other transaction.
Just because they're verified doesn't mean they can't chargeback. Just be safe while trading

Just be careful, if you believe they are multis/scammers, don't trade them. They'll probably harass you when you say you don't want to trade and there's your sign

yeah it's a bit a bad idea to get paid by new users via paypal, even if they send first as a gift and their account is verified.

if you're taking paypal trade with more trusted users

i think there's a topic in the scammer accusations forum

some even change their ip while trading so they can say "i was hacked/it wasn't me"...
