Scammers Applying for rep removal

Scammers will not be given the right to appeal for a reputation to be removed, unless the reputation is against the site rules.

Ex. Flaming, Porn, malicious links, or inappropriate words.

If you're looking to have a reputation removed and are tagged, please solve your tag first.

scammers shouldnt be able to remove rep regardless what it says until their scammer tagged is removed.
and after scammer tag is removed, they should lose all their reps
