from where can i buy a proxy

heres the thing i have my laptop and my pc

i mainly operate from my laptop with my usual clen ip address on d2jsp

but i want to have 2xd2jsp accs so can i buy a proxy for my pc and than operate with my laptop and my pc on 2 d2jsp accs at the same time with proxy?

For JSP, just use a net proxy.

Anything on the list on the left side is usable.
Just navigate to JSP through any of those proxies.
