If I hosted a scam repay fund for active users
I would fund the initial amount monthly and people could contribute d3jsp fg or PP $ ( I would convert it to d2jsp out of my own pocket)

So are you helping the scammers or the people who were scammed?
If you're funding the scammers, then no. If you're trying to repair the things the scammers scammed, sounds great, but what happens if the scammers decide to repay after you've repaired all their wrongs?

they repay then the person who got helped
can either donate it back or leave it
and they dont get unlocked for me repaying their scams either.

It's a very generous offer, but it really needs to be elaborate and planned out. People can easily take advantage of the system and receive free funds, regardless of how you're doing it (since I still do not understand what you're trying to do).
