On the whole, Gaz3's raffles add a new dynamic to the Selling and Trading section. I like it. Keep it up.

True, but lotteries like this are only incentive as long as they run.. It's gonna have to become a permanent thing if people are staying because of that.

How long do you plan on running these Gaz3?

All my raffles have been out of pocket so far i've given away 200 dollars worth of things.

Reason for this post is to see if I should continue them or not and obviously I should as long as people are enjoying them.

Yeah i would say its making a few more active members however it is not your job to make this site get more attention.

By all means do as you please, but seriously your just promoting current members and a few new guys to stick around a bit.

If you want more traffic for the site, there will need to be advertising. Which Tram should be doing not us/you.

There is free advertising that anyone could do and its just simply run bots. Spam bots/ Chaos bots/ Baal bots/ i duno anything really that just gets the name out there.

I understand I limited to just D2 but there are other ways to go about this as well. Personally I think if you run something like D2 chaos or baal ( not so effective anymore ) and state the name of the site at the begining of the run at the middle at the end in the channel rinse and repeat run pub games etc etc. You will get the word around to a lot of people. And then they may join. They may tell a friend , that friend may tell a friend etc etc.

Regardless what your doing is really nice.

I agree with MasterTrading. Through posting in the shoutbox, you will spread awareness to members who spend time in other subforums.

Hopefully you'll be one sometime =]

Also, I may throw some D3J FG into FG raffles... Or we could co-run one. I was thinking of doing my own.
