Hello all, i'm verified paypal, but i'm affraid of chargeback / dispute etc ...

So i would like to know how does moneybookers really works.

- Can you chargeback on it ?

- Heard it can take much time to get verified, does that matter if i'm only seller ? Well in fact i'll just sell my last fgs, d2jsp account and maybe my steam account.

- Are fees more important than paypal ?

- Can i withdraw my cash whenever i want ?

Actually, with enough proof you can. It's just not as easy to chargeback as at PayPal.
