does anyone know what level the act 2 merc needs to be to have 200 or more str??? or what I can do to increase his strength. my insight pole needs like 200 or 210 str and he is currently at 140 str

andys is 25-30 str extra, used at level 83 thats all you need

typically its 5-15fg for a non eth random one, but be sure to throw a Ral rune it it to counteract the resist for merc
