I need some options of what you people think. I will not get mad at anything you say. I just want to help make up my mind if I want to care or say FUCK THEM ALL!

I was with my ex girlfriend for 3 years. We broke up on I want to say around Aug 13th-Aug 15. I first said take a break. Then I moved out. Her sister was suppose to move in and take my place. She signed this paper releasing me from the lease and she knows thats what it said cause the manager told her that. Then her sister found out how much her half of the bills was gonna be taking my place and said oh nevermind I don't want to move in. The lease was till Oct 31st. We had a fight the the 2nd morning I was back. I left for work in a hurry and didn't say bye. The plan was for me to move back in as a room mate to finish the lease. Well cause we got in a fight and her mom and sister got involved I packed my shit and left for good.

I told my ex to leave my shit. My 2 surround sound systems, microwave, toaster, blender, entertainment center and pots and pans. They, her and her family, took all that shit. It was mine! I paid either cash for it or my mom bought it for us as a couple and we broke up so my mom wanted it back.

They left the place looking like shit. I will upload 2 pics of what the patio looks like cause of the trash.


they are trying to threaten me that I left the place like shit and if I don't go back and pick up the trash they will send a bill to my mom's address for me to pay to clean it up.


We signed a paper releasing me of all duties to the apartment on 8/17/10...


what do you guys think? give me your advice while I uploaded the pics.


Either

a) go back and pick up all trash and throw away anything in the apartment
b ) just pick up the trash I left from my burger I ate and the stuff I admit to making mess of which is not even a 13 gallon trash bag of stuff
c) fuck them! make them do it and let them take me to court because I have more dirt on them.


also her sister sent me threating text messages I am thinking of going to ploce station to make a police report incase something is to happen they will already know this stuff.

Let the authorities know that they stole your stuff and trashed your house. and get your mom to vouh for you saying she helped you with that stuff that was stolen.

But I would clean up the mess because it's respect for the landlord.

Clean up every thing to court, sue her ass for the items or the item's cost, be sure to bring the agreement releasing you and proof that the items belong to you.

the stuff under the bucket i put there. and the 1 baby gate not up against wall i kicked and broke it. but the trash over flowing and trash on ground they left for me to pick up.


I am thinking of just cleaning up what I did but the rest that is there fault that they left, to leave it there. I am going to police station in an hour after I leave from work. I was thinking of go to police and tell them whats up and tell them they can meet me at the apt cause I will go there after there and pick up a little bit.

and I will show them the paper releasing me of all liabity.


and you know what I just remembered. Last night I dropped off a copy of the paper releasing me along with the keys and what apartment the keys went to and put 1 set of keys.


i do have a spare copy no one knows about to the apartment. but no one knows about it. So I could be like oh I don't have a key I can't get back inside. haha

I am going to drive past there in an hour and if her parents or family is there I am just going to keep driving and let them deal with it. but if no one is there then I will go up there. its upstairs apartment.

she said she does want to give the stuff back. I have other stuff to sue her on. creidt card phurchase and I can proof they were on her in my name. like eye exams and such. I don't know if I could really sue for that cause its like giving money to a gf then break up oh I want it back.

I changed my phone number. blocked everyone on fb and no longer going to use fb. I moved somewhere on a hidden street. and going out of the state in 7 weeks on vacation.

I am going to go to the apartment and see if anyone is there. If no one is there I am going to grab the last item outside that I want that I left outside. As for everything else. Fuck them. They stole my shit and left the biggest ugliest crap that I have no way of hauling. I would have to rent a u-haul. her dad has a van and was able to haul off bigger items than this so I will just leave it at that. I am going to be disappearing for a little while anyways cause I am going on a vacation so no one will know where I am at.

You should clean everything up.
Then take after pictures.
Even the stuff you didn't do.
Not fair to leave that stuff for the landlord.

Then take her to court yourself if she doesn't.
Small claims court. Then you can sue her for the $50[?] it costs to take her there.

But don't be a child with the situation.
Man up and clean the place. Just because it's not your stuff, pick it up.
Makes you look like the better man.
