Coooooool, a homework forum!
hopefully i can get some help

I'm in calc BC right now as junior and i'm kinda confused with this question

I'm given an integral from 1 to 5 of f(x). f(x) = x^2 + 6

I need to find the limit of the left Riemann sum of it.

do i have to subtract the integral of 0 to 1 from 0 to 5 in order to get the answer? or is there a ismpler way?

f of x means that you just plug in what ever the f of x eqals so you have x^2+6 then you do x 2nd power + 6 times 1 -5

im pretty sure. i learned this stuff in like 2nd grade lol no offense but im pretty smart.
